I am writing this letter on behalf of Jregarding your employee officer capital of Minnesota Hill (capital of Minnesota) and his continual harassment of Jeramy Phillips, whom is my son.

On Fri mean solar day, February 4, 2011, capital of Minnesota served an arrest/search assure (warrant) on Jeramys ain home regarding an with child(p) (FTA) warrant that was issued in December 2011. Officer Paul requested that 5 tribal law enforcement officers serve up with the service of the search warrant for a total of 6 law enforcement vehicles and officers. Which I consider to be is a pull in exploitation of our tribal law enforcement resources, especi eithery during our Tribes financial crisis situation.

immediately I am not stating that did not have an outstanding FTA warrant. had pled guilty to all charges and served 90 days in tribal jail for the items listed on the warrant and was released on Thanksgiving day 2010; 30 days early for good behavior man he was in tribal jail.

What concerns me is the fact that Paul personally wrote the warrant on an issue as simple as an FTA (Officer Paul in fact said he wrote the FTA warrant) is and has been racial profiling, tar induceing and harassing Jeramy.



One of the officers that assisted with the search warrant stated that this was unprecedented regarding how and why the warrant was served on Jeramy. The officer stated that this has never happened during his years of law enforcement and feel that Paul does have a personal vendetta against Jeramy. Additionally, I am concerned for the officer that spoke to me regarding our conversation of the warrant testament possibly become a target of Officer Paul Hill. Jeramy missed one court date that was actually related to to charges that he had served time for in tribal jail this includes all the items listed on the warrant.
