The son s sprightliness will dep termination on the conclusion of the 12 jurors if they ll had a unanimous finality of guilty and will be brought into electrical chair as a punishmentThe story circles in the argument whether the boy will be automatically accused guilty without examining the incident . This was so , because they were pretty sure that the man was guilty because of the strong evidences presented by the testimonials of the old woman and the other neighborhoodBut juror 8 could not just argue with the stay eleven jurors because for him , it is a life that they were talking in the gore room . They might be wasting a life if ever they made a mistake in the decision . He pointed out that they sire t know the real law so they bugger off to cross-examine everything . It became a tragic for the juror 8 to convince the remaining eleven . After having several intelligent discussions , though the eleven jurors showed strong argument that the boy must be guilty , little by little , at the end , they had a unanimous decision of not guiltyAt the demote of the boy , we can strongly say that he does , have the justice . Maybe slightly of the jurors were just brought up the situation and pressure , for at the end , they all decide to have a unanimous decision of not guilty After all , they still don t know the truth .
