The case investigated whether consume chocolates reduces stress and fosters an individual who is suffering from this psychical illness. The sample consisted of 20 individuals aged between 20-50 years. The hypothesis was that eating chocolates will reduce the level of stress and will comfort a person suffering from this disorder. Stress level was monitored by using the four body readings: heart rate, body temperature, flair waves and blood pressure.
