Altercation with family occurred this morning. Constantine was seen by his GP, who wrote a Schedule I and bespeak for the police to escort him to hospital. He had stopped taking his impose medical specialty as they made him feel physically swan. Since then his mental state has deteriorated and he is at venture of harming his family.
