Introduction

The Aviva domain brand new jewel of Irish sport- offers antithetic kinds of services: shows (mostly sport events but also concerts occasionally), meals or throng rooms leasing for business organisations… The range of clients is thus very large, that is wherefore we decided to focus only the events aspect proposed by the Stadium. In this report, we deem attempted to adopt the point of view of a spectator attending a sport game or a concert…
In order to perform that, we prototypical described the services, and then we sought to critically analyse the marketing choices attached to these services.



Finally, we tried to identify the challenges and opportunities that the Aviva Stadium will assimilate to face in the coming years and to conclude we have been able to make some recommendations that could improve the organisations efficiency.

a) AVIVA STADIUM  QUICK DESCRIPTION

The Aviva Stadium can contain approximately 50,000 spectators. It has been built in 2007 everyplace another stadium called Lansdowne Road. To build this new stadium, 410 jillion Euros had been spent, including 191 million from the state of Ireland. Today, it employs 6,000 people over a 3 years period.
