Abstract
This report delves into the unparalleled fraud of Bernard L. Bernie Madoff and his longtime unethical investment securities activities. Several types of illegal worry behaviors are identified, as well as, the lives of three different groups of wad that were impacted are highlighted. Furthermore, internal behaviors that could have been implemented to keep down the Ponzi scheme of Madoff are highlighted. Finally, the various legal actions with possible ramifications that were amass as more fraud and illegal discoveries were addressed by the SEC and the US Attorney General of New York are covered in this report.

Bernie Madoff was a charlatan of epic proportions, a greedy manipulator so hungry to accumulate riches that he did not care whom he hurt to derive what he wanted. Even his devoted wife of over 50 years, who also worked in the stock market received no respect or the loving commitment to their family from her husband when the rehearsal began to unfold. The extended family and closest of friends went from valued investors, who enjoyed the financial windfall in different forms to being blindsided to wonder the true depth of what transpired.
